This story is about a young woman named Dawn from the US who moves in with a family in the UK. Her family has been friends this other family with since she was a kid, so their son is like a brother to her. However, the brother – sister feelings they had for each other growing up change now that they are adults.
The story is told in a first person narrative from David’s POV, the son of the family who took Dawn in. I found this odd at first, since most erotica seems to favour the female viewpoint, but it was a refreshing change and I had time to adjust to it.
The sexual build-up was great between these characters. There was a lot of flirtation and teasing, both in a brother-sister sense and then in a seductive sense. Dawn decides she wanted David and she’s determined to have him one way or another. David is more reserved about the idea of them being together, despite his hormones screaming for him to take the plunge with her.
The sex scenes are varied, many and nicely explicit and I love the chemistry between the two characters. As for the characters they were well developed and very likeable – David more than Dawn.
Overall, a great sexy read I highly recommend.
