FYI, this is NOT a paperback version of the Text book. This is also not the Spiral bound paperback version of 9e, in which my college bookstore sells. This book is nothing more than a work book, where it allows you to take notes, to write down and define terms (words) that are found in each chapter, it has crossword puzzles that test your ability of knowlege of each chapter, and it has practice test. The book is designed to accompany the hardbound text book. My college does not require, nor do they sell this book. They do however require the text book. This book is a student tool, to help the student retain the information found in each chapter of the text book, it will help the students perform better on test.

I took psychology course with Karen Huffman’s book. The book was very well written, a lot of pictures and easy to follow materials/explanations. I also used the online link to supporting materials — great to study for the test or get extra information if interested. Per my knowledge, there is a new version of the book.
